Abstract:

Abstract：With the interpretation and understanding on the state documents [2011]15,[2012]15,[2013]10, the paper stated the technical-economic analysis of three-phase construction scheme of mine emergency escape sytstem. Consider that the documents above simplifing properly construction scheme of emergency escape system. And according to the calculation, the safe special pipeline can provide air and oxygen for the underground refuge chamber in the case of disaster, that is technically possible and economically feasible. The construction funds fall 60%, reducing stress for Mine.
